When you pay for an order on our websites, mobile sites, and mobile applications with a credit card we will collect your credit card #, expiry date and CSC for that single transaction but we will not save your credit card information unless you are purchasing a membership plan with a recurring monthly fee.

When you have successfully finished placing an order on our websites and mobile sites you can volunteer the name of your photography business if applicable. If you volunteer the name of your business we will save it.

We will use your email, first name, last name, shipping address, and credit card to fulfill your requests for products and services, administrative purposes, to improve our services, to customize the advertising and content you see, to contact you, and for internal business purposes.

When you access our websites, mobile sites or mobile applications we will collect non-personally-identifiable information including browser type, operating system, domain names, and IP Address. Any image uploaded to our server will be automatically collected and saved until deleted by the user who uploaded the image. Any project created will be automatically collected and saved until deleted by the user who created the project. If a project has been ordered it can no longer be deleted.

Zno uses Google APIs to provide features such as Google Calendar synchronization. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not share Google user data with any third-party companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Zno, except as required to provide the sync services you have explicitly authorized (such as creating booking events in your calendar), to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your consent. We do not sell your Google user data to third parties.

We retain your Google user data (such as calendar event IDs) only for as long as your Zno account is connected to our Google Calendar sync feature. You may disconnect the integration at any time through your account settings. Upon disconnection or account deletion, all Google-sourced data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

We may process user-uploaded content, such as original and edited images, to provide, maintain, improve Zno features, including AI-powered features.

Processing of user content for AI-related purposes is limited to supporting and enhancing the products and services by Zno. We do not use user content to train generalized AI models for any third-party products or services. We do not sell, license, or reuse this user content for commercial purposes.

Where required by applicable law, users may request the deletion of personal data processed in connection with AI-powered features, products, or services, or withdraw consent for certain processing activities, subject to technical and legal limitations.

We use a secure server, which encrypts our sign-in page, sign-up page and all payment data. For extra security we do not store your credit card information in our database unless you are purchasing a membership plan with a recurring monthly fee.
