Zno has updated its Terms and Conditions effective December 8, 2023.
General Provisions
Zno Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Zno Cloud", “Zno Instant” or "we") provides you with the Zno Instant software and related services in accordance with this agreement. Before using the Zno Instant software and related services, please carefully read all the contents of the Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any content of this agreement, please do not continue to use the Zno Instant software and related services. Once you use the Zno Instant software and related services, it is deemed that you have agreed to all the contents of this agreement.
Zno Cloud has the right to modify this agreement based on actual situations. You can check the latest version of the user agreement on the relevant pages of the Zno Instant software. If you continue to use the Zno Instant software and related services, it is deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not agree to the modified agreement, please stop using the Zno Instant software and related services immediately.
Account Registration and Use
You need to register an account when using the Zno Instant software and related services. You must ensure that the registration information provided is true, accurate, and complete. If there are changes to the registration information you provided, please update it promptly.
You should keep your account and password secure. If your account is misused or lost due to not practicing account and password security, you are responsible for all consequences.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under age 13, you may not use the Services. Additionally, if you are under age 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian that is at least 18 years old, who will be considered responsible for your conduct and the consequences of any such conduct. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a potential minor user, before authorizing any such use, please be warned that the Services may display content that some may find offensive.
You are fully responsible for all actions taken through your account. If you discover that someone is using your account without authorization, please notify Zno Cloud immediately, and Zno Cloud will take appropriate measures as soon as possible upon receiving the notice.
User Code of Conduct
When using the Zno Instant software and related services, you should comply with national laws and regulations, as well as relevant policies. You must not use this service for any illegal or infringing activities, including but not limited to the following principles:
Infringing any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other right of any other person or entity;
Violating any local, state, national or international law or regulation or any contractual duty;
Including content that is false, misleading, untruthful, inaccurate, or incomplete;
Creating content that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, offensive, profane, illegal or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate as determined by us in our sole discretion;
Using for unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (“spamming“);
Utilizing software viruses or any other computer codes, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, limit or interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any system, data, password or other information of ours or of any third party;
Impersonating any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives;
Including anyone’s identification documents or sensitive financial information;
Harming minors in any way, including, but not limited to, by violating child pornography laws or laws prohibiting the depiction of minors engaged in sexual conduct;
Taking any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our (or our third party providers’) infrastructure or violates the terms of the subscription plan or account for which you registered, including without limitation by exceeding the applicable bandwidth limits or sharing Account information between multiple individuals;
Interfering or attempting to interfere with the Services or any activities conducted on the Services;
Bypassing, circumventing or attempting to bypass or circumvent any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services (or other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Services);
Running any form of auto-responder or “spam” on the Services;
Using software, devices, or other processes to “crawl” or “spider” any page of the Services;
Harvesting or scraping any Content from the Services;
Forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Services;
Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to derive any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of the Services (including any application), except to the limited extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction;
Modifying, translating, or otherwise creating derivative works of any part of the Services;
Copying, renting, leasing, timesharing, distributing, or otherwise transferring any of the rights that you receive hereunder;
We reserve the right to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request;
We reserve the right to enforce these Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof;
We reserve the right to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;
We reserve the right to respond to user support requests;
We reserve the right to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users and the public.
You agree to comply with the various norms established by Zno Instant, including but not limited to user behavior norms, live content norms, etc.
Intellectual Property Statement
All rights to the Zno Instant software and related services (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) are owned by Zno Cloud.
Any works created by you when using the Zno Instant software and related services grant Zno Instant free and permanent usage rights.
